Welcome to BLCKCVLT. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BLCKCVLT.
BLCKCVLT operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a shopping experience (the “Services”). BLCKCVLT is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights and obligations.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.

BLCKCVLT offers primarily made-to-order apparel and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colors, proportions, print appearance, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your screen, device, display settings, and manufacturing process.
Minor variations between product images and the physical product may occur as a normal result of print-on-demand production.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.
Product descriptions, availability, and specifications may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products and, where permitted by law, limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from BLCKCVLT.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or other legitimate reasons.
Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order can proceed to production and fulfillment.
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered production or fulfillment.
Please carefully review your products, sizes, shipping address, and other order information before submitting your order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed where applicable during checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer upon import or delivery.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All BLCKCVLT products are made to order.
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped. During periods of high demand, production may take longer and, in exceptional cases, up to 2 weeks.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time begins only after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping method, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law regarding delivery, loss, damage, or non-delivery.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Returns, refunds, and eligible claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error, contact us at info@blckcvlt.comas soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
You do not need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable EU consumer rights.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including BLCKCVLT branding, artwork, graphics, designs, product imagery, text, logos, videos, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to BLCKCVLT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, publicly display, republish, download, or otherwise use BLCKCVLT content without prior authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to BLCKCVLT trademarks, copyrights, designs, or other intellectual property except for the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
BLCKCVLT names, logos, designs, and branding may not be used without authorization.
Shopify and other third-party names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.

The Services may provide access to tools or functionality supplied by third parties.
We may not control or monitor these third-party tools.
Your use of third-party tools may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies established by the applicable provider.
To the extent permitted by law, BLCKCVLT is not responsible for third-party tools or services that it does not control.
New tools, features, or resources added to the Services may also be subject to these Terms.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or services of third-party websites that we do not control.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
BLCKCVLT is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and BLCKCVLT.
Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure and related services used to operate our store but is not the seller of BLCKCVLT products.
Your use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy practices.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify processes certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services.
We also use third-party service providers, including Printful, for print-on-demand production, order fulfillment, and shipping. Information necessary to fulfill your order may therefore be shared with these providers.

SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that Feedback for purposes connected with operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your Feedback and that your Feedback does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.
Feedback must not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious material or malware.
We may moderate or remove Feedback where permitted by applicable law and our policies.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an order affected by a genuine pricing or information error. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
